- As a military spouse of 20+ years who has participated with multiple spouse's groups worldwide this is just wrong. I have held board positions, sat on bylaw and constitution review boards and not one has included you must show an military ID card to be a member.

- Found making a tea of hot water, slices of fresh ginger, fresh lemon juice and honey has fixed my occasional heartburn. Got tired of the rebound from OTC meds. I drink it daily and if I feel an attack coming on will drink 4-6 cups a day. Heartburn free for months!
